Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the first item under the 'Required' taskcards, and download the PDF file.

Step 2: Complete the task card according to its instructions. Note: This is the learning part!

Step 3: Email your completed response (usually a Word Doc) to the chsrtraining email!

Step 4: Your taskcard answers will be graded; if you did a good job, you will receive credit on the progress tracker (click here)

Getting Help: Email your questions to chsrtraining@gmail.com with the following subjects (spell carefully!)
  • for questions about a specific taskcard, subject: "Question Firstname Lastname NameOfTaskcard" (very similar to submission format)
  • for general questions, subject: "Question Firstname Lastname NameOfTaskcard"
  • for reporting any significant errors or broken cards, subject: "Error Firstname Lastname"
Submitting Your Work: Directions can be found at the top of each taskcard.
